請留意天文台將於短時間內改發八號烈風或暴風信號，原本受屏蔽的地方可能因此變得當風，市民應提早警覺選用安全路徑盡快到安全地方暫避。
Please be aware that the Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 in a short time. Areas previously sheltered may become exposed to the wind. The public should be vigilant and use safe routes to seek shelter in a safe place as soon as possible.

香港天文台宣布會在今天（9月23日）下午2時20分發出八號熱帶氣旋警告信號，本港風勢將會增強。
政府提醒返家路程偏遠、轉折或居住離島的市民，現應啟程回家。政府已通知屬下此類員工下班。
