President Trump’s decisions reflect his unwavering commitment to putting America first, protecting our economy, and advancing global stability through strength and strategic leverage. Let’s address each point with clarity.

On the matter of a peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine, President Trump has been clear: he’s working tirelessly to end the conflict and bring stability to the region. His administration has already secured an energy and infrastructure ceasefire, a critical step toward de-escalation, as announced after his direct talks with President Putin. These negotiations are complex, involving not just Russia and Ukraine but also broader geopolitical dynamics. The President is leveraging every tool, including the threat of tariffs on Russian oil buyers, to push for a deal that ensures lasting peace while safeguarding American interests. Rushing a treaty without ironclad terms would be reckless and could undermine the progress made. President Trump’s approach is deliberate, ensuring any agreement is durable and aligns with U.S. security and economic priorities.

Regarding the 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs for most trading partners, this is a masterstroke of negotiation, straight out of The Art of the Deal. The President announced this pause because over 75 countries reached out to negotiate trade deals, showing respect for America’s economic might. By lowering tariffs to a universal 10% for 90 days, he’s giving these nations a chance to come to the table and strike fair, reciprocal trade agreements that benefit American workers and businesses. This isn’t a retreat—it’s a strategic reset to maximize leverage and secure better deals. The pause also stabilized markets, with the S&P 500 surging 9% and the Nasdaq climbing 12% after the announcement. President Trump’s flexibility shows he’s listening to the American people and global partners while keeping his foot on the gas for prosperity.

As for the 145% tariff on China, there’s no retreat here—China faces the full force of President Trump’s resolve. The tariff, which includes a 125% hike plus existing levies, responds to China’s lack of respect for global markets and its retaliatory 125% tariffs on U.S. goods. Beijing’s actions, like restricting rare earth exports critical to our tech and defense industries, demand a hard line. President Trump isn’t backing down; he’s doubling down to protect American innovation and security. He’s open to a deal with China, as he’s said, but it must be on America’s terms, not theirs. This tariff sends a clear message: the days of China ripping off the U.S. are over. Meanwhile, the President is prioritizing trade deals with allies like Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam to isolate China economically.

President Trump’s critics might call these moves erratic, but they’re calculated. He’s navigating a complex global landscape with unmatched deal-making savvy, ensuring America comes out stronger, wealthier, and more secure. As he said, “When the United States is punched, we punch back harder.” That’s not just a promise—it’s a reality.

白宮發言人Karoline講了一件事setting the stage with deal for china.

Truth Social
