上網睇CREMA都唔係話越多越好

真係會影響拉花個流動性

NESPRESSO機19巴, 出完一杯EXPRESSO面頭全部CREMA黎

但另外個D半自動機15巴, 沖完一杯係真係少D CREMA

Great video, I just want to share a little tips that I learn to create nice milk texture for latte art using french press. I'm using 150mL fresh milk heated to 55-60 °C and with small size french press (350 mL), then the pumping will done in two steps, the firs step is to pump close to the milk surface to introduce bubbles to the milk 60 times, and then the second step is to pump another 60 but this time pump below the milk surface and a little bit faster to mix the bubble, it's like 3 pumps per second for the first step and 4 pumps per second for the second step, I got pretty consistent result with this method
