Solutions? Castrate all men, either physically or chemically. Do NOT fund or even glorify any sort of sexuality. Tell all women that they are just ants or bees such that sexual reproduction should be rationed and regulated by administrators. Babies without fathers may not die but they will die without mothers. All womanizer are just economic slaves ideally if unauthorized sexual intercourse is criminal offense.
